Meet the Doctors

Barry P. Smith, DDS
Owner, Dentist
Dr. Barry Smith has been practicing dentistry for 25 years. He is a native Cobb Countian and wanted to open his practice in the area in which he was most familiar. He graduated from Sprayberry High School, Reinhart College and University of Georgia prior to receiving his Doctorate Degree from Emory University’s School of Dentistry in 1987.

Dr. Smith’s special interest is restoring a patient’s smile. He is a firm believer in the saying, “Your smile is the window to your soul.” He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and DOCS (sedation dentistry). Dr. Smith enjoys hunting, fishing and most all other outdoor activities. He is a football fan (especially for the UGA Bulldogs – GO DAWGS).

Dale Adkisson, DMD
Associate Dentist
Dr. Dale Adkisson, a native Georgian, graduated from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 1980 and has practiced in Cobb County his entire career. He enjoys tennis, running, college football and travel. His children are grown and he hopes to soon be old enough to have grandchildren. He and wife Kris live in Marietta and are active at Marietta First Baptist Church.
